I just want to let you know how great your employee, A J , was yesterday. On the coldest day in a gazillion years, that poor guy bravely battled winds and icky mud, outside for hours, digging a trench to find a water leak. He wouldn’t come inside, even on his lunch break, because of his muddy boots. He wouldn’t let me buy him a hot lunch that he’d be able to eat in the truck, either. Never complained, always smiled and worked his butt off. I’m sure he was wishing he was inside somewhere fixing a sink or a leaky valve, but he pretended it was business as usual. Courteous, thorough, hard-working and very professional. Just what one wants when they need help from Pampering Plumber. Thank you.

The retro-fit in the kitchen was perfect and even caught the eye of the national culinary director — who will request that design be used in future construction specs.
